The Cameroonian Partners members of CMC Network met in the premises of CIPCRE Consultancy and Service in Yaoundé on December 13, 2007 (see the minute). Six participants representing four from the five member organizations (CIPCRE, SeP, SNJP, CEPCA) were present at the meeting. This latter was considered as a constitutive Assembly of the Network that functioned p to this day in informal way. So, the proposition of the
Network’s Charter was examined and adopted during the meeting. The General Manager of CIPCRE gave information on the setting up as well as the evolution of the Focal Point of the network carried out CIPCRE.
